| DIFFERENT STYLES OF FOOT ORTHOTICS BY FSD LAB : Orthotic devices come in many shapes and sizes, and materials and fall into three main categories |
• Rigid foot orthoses : those designed to change foot function ;
• Soft accommodative foot orthoses : provide primarily protective in nature and compensation for lost foot functions
• Semi-rigid foot orthoses : those that combine functional control, protection and comfort. |

一般現成的鞋墊只能舒緩輕微的徵狀，而度身訂造的矯型鞋墊是配合足患者個別足形需要而制成。能有效改善足患問題。
Prescription of foot orthoses
"While over-the-counter orthotic inserts help people with mild symptoms, they normally cannot correct the wide range of symptoms that prescription foot orthoses can since they are made to fit a person with an "average" foot shape."
度身訂造形型鞋墊 : 配合足患者個別足形需要而制成。能有效改善足患問題。
Custom made foot orthoses : Our custom foot orthoses are made from a mold of the foot that fit to exact specifications.

Prefabricated foot orthoses -: Our prefabricated foot orthoses come in different series e.g. Dress style/ walking style / sport styles etc to match you're your feet and shoes availably which includes comfort, corrections and support. These unique prefabs meet the growing need to provide patients with functional orthotic therapy on their first visit. |
